Following a recent procurement exercise, we now wish to formally appoint with AFA Special Projects Limited to act as Employers Agent and Clerk of Works on two section 106 affordable housing schemes providing 10 new homes for a fee not to exceed £15,625.00.

We have consulted colleagues internally (lettings, housing management, planned maintenance) who are supportive of the proposals.

Martin Stacy at CBC is also supportive of the proposal to secure CBC’s first S106 units and add further affordable housing properties to its portfolio.
