To appoint Joyner PA Ltd as the contractor to deliver the Re-roofing and Works to the External Envelope of Properties Managed by Cheltenham Borough Homes

To maintain CBH’s housing stock to continue to be compliant with the Government’s Decent Homes Standard.

·         Tenant representatives were invited to be part of the tendering process

·         CBH’s Repairs department has been consulted with regard to future maintenance

·         Leaseholders have been consulted through the formal notification process as required by the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002

Recommendations from Tenant Representatives were considered and incorporated within the tender document where appropriate.

CBH’s Repairs Dept have approved the specified components and preference for component standardisation.
