Decision:

To appoint Onsite Central Limited as contractors to deliver a Borough wide service for Reactive Drainage Repairs, Surveying and Maintenance.

 

Reasons for the decision:

The existing contract for maintenance of drains to managed housing has expired and a follow on arrangement is required to ensure services to tenants and leaseholders can be maintained.

Alternative options considered:

The existing contract had already been extended, the re-procurement of the works was the only option available.

Recommendations from CBH’s Repairs Service and Customer Contact Team were considered and incorporated within the tender document where appropriate.

 

CBH’s Repairs Department advised of the need for them to be able  to provide a robust 24 hour 365 day emergency cover service.

 

Consultees

CBH Repairs Department, internal officers, customer contact team and stakeholders have been consulted with regard to the future maintenance of the drains and the level of service required.
