Cheltenham West End Partnership (CWEP) is a regeneration partnership set up as a company in 2000 as part of a government funded Single Regeneration Budget programme.   Operating as an independent, not-for-profit organisation, it aims to enable, facilitate and support initiatives which improve the lives of people living or working in the Lower High Street and surrounding areas, and provides a community resource centre in the town centre with space that can be booked for  meetings, training, activities or event. It does this in partnership with public, private and voluntary/community sector organisations.
