Review of taxi and private hire licensing policy

RESOLVED THAT

1. the consultation feedback received be noted;

2. the revised policy attached at Appendix 3 of this report be adopted; and

3. authority be delegated to the Director of Environment to take the steps necessary to implement the policy changes.
