Consultation process

The proposed development site at Knapp Road/New Street has been discussed with CBC/CBH officers (via OWG and SHDG) and with the Cabinet Member for Housing.

The proposal for CBC to secure this site is supported on the basis that it will provide 13 x social rented homes therefore meeting local housing need, and regenerate a key site in the town centre.
