Committee meeting information
Information regarding Council, Cabinet and committee meetings. You can find the agendas, minutes of previous meetings, as well as officer reports discussed at previous meetings. Information is also provided on dates of future meetings, and issues that will be discussed in future.

How to get involved
You may ask a question at Council, Cabinet and Committee meetings. This must be received by Democratic Services or the proper Officer no later than 12 noon on the fourth working day before the day of the meeting. This Guidance Note explains the process in detail.
You are permitted to film, photograph and make audio recordings of meetings, though this must not cause disruption to the proceedings of the meeting. This guidance note gives more information.
You can access and sign current ePetitions submitted to this Council, as well as accessing information on ePetitions that have already been completed.
It is also possible to subscribe to updates in order to receive information via e-mail regarding particular issues and committee meetings.

Once located, you can view documents within your browser. If a document is located by searching by keywords, you have the option of downloading extracts of documents, rather than the whole file.
